Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order ID.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.
Refund on Cancellation
If payment was made online, the amount for a successfully cancelled order will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
